Shipping Policy
Please note that once your order has left our fulfillment center and is in the hands of the postal courier, Your Glory Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays and damaged items.
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your order. All orders processed after 5pm EST will be considered next business day orders. (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends). Orders processed on Friday after 5pm EST will continue processing on the following business day.
Return Policy
Only the body butter collection will be either fully refunded or exchanged if arrived melted. We are not excepting returns from any of the other collections (body scrubs and hair care line) for any reason at this time. We value our customers so please contact us within 30 days and we will see how we can help.
